French Foam recipe

French Foam, with brandy, Kirschwasser® cherry brandy, sugar syrup, Angostura® bitters and dry sparkling wine.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
1 1/2 oz sugar syrup
3 dashes Angostura® bitters
7 oz dry sparkling wine

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass. Add a dusting of lemon or orange sherbet on top, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass
