A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Gold Mine, with Scotch whisky, Galliano® herbal liqueur, sweet sherry, egg, lime juice and lemonade.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
1/2 oz sweet sherry
1 tsp egg white
1 oz lime juice
1 oz lemonade

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake all ingredients (except lemonade) well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, and add lemonade. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry, and serve.
