A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Sherry Cocktail, with fino sherry, absinthe herbal liqueur and maraschino liqueur.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz fino sherry
1/2 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
