A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Sea Fizz, with Deva® absinthe, lemon juice, sugar, egg and soda water.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Deva® absinthe
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
soda water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass and fill with seltzer.

Serve in a Highball Glass
