A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Southern Ginger, with dry ginger ale, mint, sugar syrup and lemon juice.

Ingredients:
5 oz dry ginger ale
1 mint sprig
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Crush the mint gently in a highball glass. Fill with broken ice, add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Add straws, and serve.
