Ice Breaker #2, with tequila, grapefruit juice, grenadine syrup and Cointreau® orange liqueur.
Ingredients:
2 oz tequila
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 tbsp grenadine syrup
2 tsp Cointreau® orange liqueur
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour all ingredients into a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend for 15 seconds. Strain into a whiskey sour glass, and serve.

Ice Breaker #3, with Pernod® licorice liqueur, creme de menthe, lime juice and lemonade.
Ingredients:
1 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
1 oz creme de menthe
1 oz lime juice
3 – 4 oz lemonade
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the Pernod and creme de menthe into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add the lime juice and fill with lemonade; stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint (optional), and serve.

Ice Breaker, with dark rum, cognac, gin, lemon juice, orange juice and creme de noyaux.
Ingredients:
3/4 oz dark rum
1/4 oz cognac
1/4 oz gin
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz creme de noyaux
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass, garnish with a fruit flag, and serve.
