Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster, with Tia Maria® coffee liqueur, vodka, cherry brandy, lime juice, 7-Up® soda and dry cider.

Ingredients:
35 cl Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
35 cl vodka
17.5 cl cherry brandy
1 dash lime juice
7-Up® soda
dry cider

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the tia maria, vodka and cherry brandy together into a pint glass. Add a dash of lime juice. Fill with equal amounts of dry cider and 7-up, and add ice cubes.

Serve in a Beer Mug

Snake Bite recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Snake Bite, with lager and dry cider.

Ingredients:
1/2 pint lager
1/2 pint dry cider

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour ingredients into a pint glass. Drink. Fall over.

*Can substitute sweet cider for the dry.

Somerset Punch recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Somerset Punch, with dry cider, dry white wine, apple brandy, orange juice, lemon juice, apple juice and ginger ale.

Ingredients:
1 liter dry cider
15 cl dry white wine
5 cl apple brandy
15 cl orange juice
5 cl lemon juice
15 cl apple juice
30 cl ginger ale

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine and mix ingredients in a punch bowl with a large block of ice. Add sliced strawberries, and serve in wine glasses.
