A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Snake Bite Bites Back, with lager, cider, Pernod® licorice liqueur and creme de cassis.

Ingredients:
1/3 pint lager
1/3 pint cider
2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
1 oz creme de cassis

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour lager and cider (otherwise known as a Snake Bite) into a pint glass, and stir. Seperately prepare a Double Pernod and Black (Pernod and Creme de Cassis blackcurrant liqueur) in a 3 oz tall shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Snake Bite Black, with lager, cider and blackcurrant cordial.

Ingredients:
1/2 pint lager
1/2 pint cider
2 splashes blackcurrant cordial

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour 1/2 pint Lager, and 1/2 pint Cider into a Pilsner glass, then add Black Currant until drink is purple in color.

Serve in a Beer Pilsner

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Snake Bite Black GTI, with vodka, cider, lager and blackcurrant squash.

Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
6 1/2 oz cider
6 1/2 oz lager
1 oz blackcurrant squash

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour vodka into a pint glass. Add both cider and lager, and fill with blackcurrant squash. Stir briefly, and serve.

2 oz milk
2 oz cranberry juice
3 – 4 oz peach schnapps

Fill glass with ice. Add ingredients and stir occasionally.

Ingredients:
2 cl Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 cl gin
2 cl vermouth
2 cl lemon juice
1 cherry

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake with lots of ice, strain into glass.

*Can substitute sweet cider for the dry.

Pour the ingredients in a tall pint glass and let it swim.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Snow Snake, with Kahlua® coffee liqueur, Yukon Jack® Canadian whisky, tequila, half-and-half and ice.

Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz Yukon Jack® Canadian whisky
1 oz tequila
4 oz half-and-half
fill with ice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Larger glass can be used if more cream or milk is needed to soften the impact of the drink.

Serve in a Highball Glass
