A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Peach Melba Freeze, with peach schnapps, black raspberry liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, vanilla ice cream, light cream and raspberry jam.

Ingredients:
3/4 oz peach schnapps
3/4 oz black raspberry liqueur
3/4 oz hazelnut liqueur
4 oz vanilla ice cream
3/4 oz light cream
1 oz raspberry jam

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine the peach schnapps, black-raspberry liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, vanilla ice cream, light cream and raspberry jam in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pourinto a parfait glass, garnish with a peach slice, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Peach Melba, with peach nectar, vanilla ice cream, peach and blackberries.

Ingredients:
8 oz peach nectar
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 sliced peach
3 oz blackberries

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine ingredients in a blender at low speed. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with raspberries.

Whisky Melba recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Whisky Melba, with Upper Ten® Scotch whisky, dry ginger ale, Angostura® bitters and ginger.

Ingredients:
4 cl Upper Ten® Scotch whisky
12 cl dry ginger ale
3 – 4 drops Angostura® bitters
1 piece ginger

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Muddle a small piece of fresh ginger in the glass. Fill glass with ice, add whisky and ginger ale. Drop in a strip of lemon peel and stir gently.

Serve in a Highball Glass
