A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Peach Blow Fizz, with gin, light cream, lemons, powdered sugar, peach and carbonated water.

Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz light cream
juice of 1/2 lemons
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 peach
carbonated water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass
