Summer Rain recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Summer Rain, with raspberry puree, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, orange sherbet and lemonade.

Ingredients:
1 oz raspberry puree
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange sherbet
1 oz lemonade

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend all ingredients (except lemonade) briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice and pour into a highball glass. Add lemonade, garnish with fruit, add straws and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass

Virgin Raspberry Daiquiri recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Virgin Raspberry Daiquiri, with raspberry puree, pineapple juice, lemon juice, caster sugar and raspberry syrup.

Ingredients:
3 oz raspberry puree
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp caster sugar
1/2 oz raspberry syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet. Garnish with raspberries, and serve.

Serve in a Wine Goblet
