A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Remsen Cooler, with gin, carbonated water and powdered sugar.

Ingredients:
2 oz gin
carbonated water
1/2 tsp powdered sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour two ounces of carbonated water into a collins glass, add sugar and stir. Add ice cubes, gin, and fill with carbonated water. Stir again, and garnish with a twist of lemon and a spiral of orange on the rim.

Serve in a Collins Glass
