French 125, with sweet and sour mix, brandy, Champagne and lemon.

Ingredients:
2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz brandy
chilled Champagne
1 slice lemon

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour brandy and sweet and sour mix into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well. Fill with chilled champagne and stir lightly. Add the slice of lemon and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass
