Jean Lafitte recipe

Jean Lafitte, with gin, triple sec, powdered sugar, egg, lemon juice and anisette.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin
1/4 oz triple sec
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1/4 – 3/4 oz lemon juice
1 dash anisette

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
