A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Hot Penny Rum, with anejo rum, bourbon whiskey, dark creme de cacao, coffee and heavy cream.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz anejo rum
1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
2 tsp dark creme de cacao
4 oz hot coffee
2 oz heavy cream
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the rum, bourbon whiskey, creme de cacao and coffe into an Irish coffee cup or glass. Float the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a teaspoon, and serve.
Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
