Late Mistral recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Late Mistral, with vodka, Ricard® pastis, water and lemon.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz Ricard® pastis
2 oz cold water
1 twist lemon peel

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour into an aperitif glass over ice cubes, and fill with cold water. Stir, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.

Mistral recipe

Mistral, with Chambord® raspberry liqueur, dry white wine, strawberries and crushed ice.

Ingredients:
1 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
2 oz dry white wine
1 tbsp frozen strawberries
3 tbsp crushed ice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a champagne saucer, and serve.
