Greenbrier Creek, with gin, Kahlua® coffee liqueur and chocolate.
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
2 oz melted chocolate
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the Kahlua coffee liqueur into a frosted (note: important) brandy snifter glass. Add the gin, and mix well. Drizzle the hot melted chocolate over the drink, being sure to let it slightly drip onto the side of the glass. Do not mix. Serve.

Irish Rootbeer, with Kahlua® coffee liqueur, amaretto almond liqueur, Bacardi® 151 rum and Guinness® stout.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 splash Bacardi® 151 rum
1/2 pint Guinness® stout
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Fill a shot glass half with Kahlua, half with amaretto, and a splash of Bacardi 151 rum. Drop it into a pint of Guinness, and serve.

Mariachi, with sambuca, Kahlua® coffee liqueur and Tabasco® sauce.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz sambuca
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 dash Tabasco® sauce
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Build all the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass and serve with a chilli pepper or jalapeno pepper wedged onto the rim of the glass.
