Peppermint Penguin recipe

Peppermint Penguin, with green creme de menthe, chocolate mint liqueur, Oreo Chocolate Cookies, light cream and whipped cream.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz green creme de menthe
1/2 oz chocolate mint liqueur
3 Oreo Chocolate Cookies
3 oz light cream
1/2 oz whipped cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine the green creme de menthe, chocolate mint liqueur, cookies and cream with one cup of crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with a chocolate cookie and a cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Parfait Glass

The Fat Albert recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for The Fat Albert, with chocolate mint liqueur, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, maple syrup, chocolate milk, crushed ice and whipped cream.

Ingredients:
3 oz chocolate mint liqueur
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 tbsp maple syrup
chocolate milk
crushed ice
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a blender, mix the chocolate milk, ice, and maple syrup for about 5 seconds. Then add the chocolate mint liqueur and kahlua, blending for another 2 seconds. Pour and top with whipped cream.
