L.A. Sunrise recipe

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for L.A. Sunrise, with vodka, creme de bananes, orange juice, pineapple juice and rum.

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz creme de bananes
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz rum

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the vodka, creme de bananes, orange juice and pineapple juice into a parfait glass filled with ice cubes. Float rum on top. Garnish with a lime wheel and a cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Parfait Glass

L.A. Cocktail recipe

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for L.A. Cocktail, with blended whiskey, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, superfine sugar and egg.

Ingredients:
2 oz blended whiskey
1 tsp sweet vermouth
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1 egg

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine the whiskey, vermouth, lemon juice, sugar and egg in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
