A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Scotch Toddy, with Scotch whisky, honey, tea and water.
Ingredients:
1 shot Scotch whisky
1 tbsp honey
1 bag tea
boiling water
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a standard coffee mug put the scotch, honey and tea bag. Pour boiling hot water to fill mug. Steep for about one or two minutes. Then remove and dispose of tea bag.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz sugar syrup
1 slice lemon
1 clove
4 oz hot water
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Heat in a heat-resistant glass, and fill with hot water. Add a lemon slice speared with a clove, and serve.
Serve in a Cup
