Norwegian Hunting Mixture Bowl recipe

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Norwegian Hunting Mixture Bowl, with alcohol, lemonade, lemons, oranges and grapefruits.

Ingredients:
2 gal alcohol
5 gal lemonade
3 kg lemons
4 kg oranges
3 kg grapefruits

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
1. Fill a a large clean mixing bowl with approx. 2 gallon pure alcohol and 5 gallon lemonade.


2. Add approx. 10 kg. fresh fruits; lemon, grapefruit and oranges. Mix the items together for approx. 2 minutes with a 4 HP outboard-motor with cooling – and exhaust system modified to not interfere with the mixture.


3. Can be served in all kind of glasses but preferably a jar called “Norges-glass”.

Serve in a Mason Jar

Northside Special recipe

Northside Special, with Jamaican dark rum, orange juice, lemon juice, caster sugar and soda water.

Ingredients:
2 oz Jamaican dark rum
3 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 tsp caster sugar
2 oz soda water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Add all ingredients (except soda) to a collins glass. Dissolve sugar, filled with crushed ice, and add soda. Garnish with a cherry, slices of lemon and orange, and serve with straws.

Serve in a Collins Glass

Not So Fuzzy Navel, with peach schnapps, orange juice and grapefruit juice.

Ingredients:
1 oz peach schnapps
3 oz orange juice
3 oz grapefruit juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the peach schnapps, orange juice and grapefruit juice over crushed ice in a collins glass. Garnish with a slice of orange or lime, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Norwegian Iceberg, with vodka, Sprite® soda and Maui® Blue Hawaiian schnapps.

Ingredients:
3 shots vodka
4 shots Sprite® soda
1 shot Maui® Blue Hawaiian schnapps

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour vodka and sprite into an ice-filled beer mug. Add blue maui; until iceberg color, and serve.

Novicain, with Bacardi® 151 rum, DeKuyper® Razzmatazz liqueur and sweet and sour mix.

Ingredients:
1 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 oz DeKuyper® Razzmatazz liqueur
1 oz sweet and sour mix

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a shot glass, and serve.

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Notre Dame Pick-Me-Up, with vodka, light rum, triple sec, orange juice, powdered sugar and ginger ale.

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 oz light rum
1 oz triple sec
2 oz orange juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
ginger ale

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Add all items to a whiskey sour glass. Mix well with a bar spoon.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for NT Pucker Punch Fizz, with Pravda® vodka, club soda and cranberry juice.

Ingredients:
3 oz Pravda® vodka
3 oz club soda
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Stir ingredients together in a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur
3/4 oz gin
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse®
2 oz sparkling bitter lemon soda

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake pisang, gin, and chartreuse with half a glassful of broken ice, and pour unstrained into an old-fashioned glass. Add the bitter lemon, and serve.

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Nuclear Blue, with Blue Curacao liqueur, Southern Comfort® peach liqueur, Wild Turkey® bourbon whiskey and lime mix.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1/2 oz Wild Turkey® bourbon whiskey
8 oz prepared lime mix

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the blue curacao, Southern Comfort and Wild Turkey whiskey into a highball glass with a few ice cubes. Fill with lime mix, and serve.
