A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Midnight Sun, with Finlandia® vodka, Cointreau® orange liqueur, apricot brandy, grenadine syrup and lemon juice.

Ingredients:
2 oz Finlandia® vodka
1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 oz apricot brandy
1 oz grenadine syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the vodka, Cointreau, apricot brandy, grenadine and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a champagne saucer or small wine glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Champagne Saucer

Midori Sun recipe

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Midori Sun, with Beefeater® gin, Midori® melon liqueur, orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon-lime mix.

Ingredients:
3 cl Beefeater® gin
3 cl Midori® melon liqueur
15 cl orange juice
15 cl pineapple juice
2 dashes lemon-lime mix

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake well with ice and pour into a hurricane glass. Vary lemon-lime mix to taste. Garnish with a lime wedge or a cherry, a slice of orange, and serve.

Serve in a Hurricane Glass

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Strega Sun Witch, with Strega® herbal liqueur, white creme de cacao, whipping cream and orange juice.

Ingredients:
1 oz Strega® herbal liqueur
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz whipping cream
3/4 oz orange juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Sun City, with white rum, dark rum, Galliano® herbal liqueur, apricot brandy, pineapple juice, lime juice and lemonade.

Ingredients:
1 oz white rum
1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
1/2 oz apricot brandy
2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz lime juice
4 oz lemonade

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake liquors and juices and strain into an ice-filled pina colada glass. Add spent shell of a lime quarter; lemonade, straws, and serve.

Serve in a Pina Colada Glass
