A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Pousse Cafe a la Francaise, with Green Chartreuse®, maraschino liqueur, cherry brandy and Kummel® caraway liqueur.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz cherry brandy
1/2 oz Kummel® caraway liqueur

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the chartreuse into a pousse-cafe glass. Carefully float the maraschino liqueur on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon. Do the same with the cherry brandy, and then again with the kummel. Serve.

1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
crushed ice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with crushed ice, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Snakebite #2, with vodka, Green Chartreuse® and Tabasco® sauce.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
2 drops Tabasco® sauce

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Very carefully layer the vodka on top of the green Chartreuse. Drop in the Tabasco, which should sink to the bottom. Slam it.

3/4 oz sweet vermouth

1 dash orange bitters
1 twist lemon peel
1 cherry

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Stir all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry and serve. (An olive may be substituted for the cherry, if preferred.)
