A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for South Coast Cocktail, with Scotch whisky, Curacao orange liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and soda water.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz Scotch whisky
1/4 oz Curacao orange liqueur
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
1 1/4 oz soda water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Southside, with gin, simple syrup, lime juice, soda water, mint and limes.

Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3 – 4 oz soda water
2 mint sprigs
2 pieces limes

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Muddle one sprig of mint with the lime pieces, lime juice, and simple syrup in the bottom of a bar glass. Add gin and shake well. Pour into a goblet over crushed ice and stir until the outer-glass frosts. Top with soda water, garnish with remaining sprig of mint, and serve.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz fresh orange juice

3 oz club soda

Ingredients:
4 1-inch mango cubes
2 lemon wedges
2 pineapple wedges
1 oz water
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz Crown Royal® Canadian whisky

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Muddle all ingredients except the whiskey in a bar glass. Add whiskey, shake with ice, and strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a pineapple and lemon wedge, a cherry, and serve.
