A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Fish House Punch #2, with water, tea, honey, sugar syrup, dark rum, brandy, lime juice and lime.

Ingredients:
2 liters water
3 liters black tea
honey
sugar syrup
2 liters dark rum
1/2 liter brandy
5 oz lime juice
lime peel

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Heat water. Stir in sugar, tea, and honey, and allow to boil. Add liquors, stir well, and simmer. Stir in lime juice and peels. Serve hot in heat-resistant cups or glasses, or cool, seal and bottle.

Flaming Orchard recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Flaming Orchard, with peach schnapps, Midori® melon liqueur, Galliano® white sambuca, lime and caster sugar.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1/4 oz Galliano® white sambuca
1 slice lime
1/4 tsp caster sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
1. Place a 1-oz shot glass on a saucer, then fill the glass with equal amount of peach schnapps and Midori melon liqueur. Across the rim of the glass, place a slice of lime and sprinkle with caster sugar. Pour sambuca over the lime so it flows onto the saucer. Ignite the lime and the liquor on the saucer.



2. To drink, either wait till the flame goes out, or blow it out if you could. Drink from the shot glass, pour the liquor on the saucer into the glass, drink, then suck on the lime.

Frisco Sour, with blended whiskey, benedictine herbal liqueur, lemons, limes, lemon and lime.

Ingredients:
2 oz blended whiskey
1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
juice of 1/4 lemons
juice of 1/2 limes
1 slice lemon
1 slice lime

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake all ingredients (except slices of lemon and lime) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the slices of lemon and lime and serve.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Frozen Key Lime, with white rum, dark rum, lime juice and vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
1 oz white rum
1/2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz lime juice
3 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet. Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry, and serve.

Frozen Margarita recipe

Frozen Margarita, with salt, lime, white tequila, triple sec, lime juice and crushed ice.

Ingredients:
2 tsp coarse salt
1 lime wedge
3 oz white tequila
1 oz triple sec
2 oz lime juice
1 cup crushed ice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Place salt in a saucer. Rub rim of a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip glass into salt to coat rim thoroughly, reserve lime. Pour tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and crushed ice into a blender. Blend well at high speed. Pour into a cocktail glass.

Gay Marine recipe

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Gay Marine, with Mount Gay® Barbados rum, Grand Marnier® orange liqueur, lime, mint, sugar and apple juice.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Mount Gay® Barbados rum
1/2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
4 – 5 lime wedges
3 mint sprigs
1 tbsp sugar
1 – 2 oz apple juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges with cane sugar and Grand Marnier orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice and pour in the Mount Gay Barbados rum. Using a swizzle stick, stir the ingredients together so that the rum, lime and mint layers through the drink. Top up with apple juice. Serve with a mint garnish.

Ingredients:
2 oz gin
5 oz tonic water
1 lime wedge

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the gin and the tonic water into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lime wedge.

1 1/2 oz gin
juice of 1/2 limes
carbonated water
1 lime wedge

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour juice of lime and gin into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the wedge of lime and serve.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Gin-Dew-It, with gin, Mountain Dew® citrus soda, Sprite® soda and lime.

Ingredients:
1 shot gin
6 oz Mountain Dew® citrus soda
1 splash Sprite® soda
1 lime wedge

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour 1 shot of your favorite gin into a highball glass half filled with ice. Add mountain dew till glass is almost filled, then give it a splash of sprite. Stir well, and garnish with a lime wedge.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Gold Driver, with Jose Cuervo® Especial gold tequila, lime and orange juice.

Ingredients:
3 oz Jose Cuervo® Especial gold tequila
1 fresh slice lime
orange juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Fill a short glass with ice. Pour jose cuervo gold tequila into the glass until about half full (or more to taste). Top off with the orange juice. Squeeze a slice of lime into the drink, and serve.
