Geraldine, with Canadian whisky, Yellow Chartreuse®, Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth, dry vermouth and bitters.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
1/2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
1 tsp dry vermouth
1 dash bitters

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour whisky, Chartreuse, Dubonnet, vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
1 oz Danzig Goldwasser® orange liqueur

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the yellow chartreuse and Danzig Goldwasser into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Ingredients:
4 oz Bombay Sapphire® gin
1 oz extra dry vermouth
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash bitters
1 tbsp Yellow Chartreuse®

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain into cocktail glasses, and serve.

Ingredients:
2 oz apricot brandy
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
1 egg yolk

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.

Her Name In Lights, with vodka, Yellow Chartreuse®, Galliano® herbal liqueur, Blue Curacao liqueur and lemon juice.

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
2 tsp Galliano® herbal liqueur
2 tsp Blue Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Hong Kong Fizz, with vodka, gin, benedictine herbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse®, Green Chartreuse®, lemon juice, soda water and caster sugar.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz soda water
1/2 tsp caster sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice. Add soda, straws and a muddler, and serve.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Italia, with grenadine syrup, cherry brandy, anisette, white creme de cacao, Yellow Chartreuse® and Blue Curacao liqueur.

Ingredients:
3 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tsp cherry brandy
3 tsp anisette
1 tsp white creme de cacao
3 tsp Yellow Chartreuse®
1 tsp Blue Curacao liqueur

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Mix ingredients in pairs; grenadine with cherry brandy, anisette with creme de cacao, and chartreuse with curacao. Make pousse-cafe in a cordial glass. Colors should resemble that of the italian flag.
