A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Jamaican 10-Speed, with Malibu® coconut rum, melon liqueur, creme de bananes, milk and pineapple juice.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
3/4 oz melon liqueur
3/4 oz creme de bananes
1 splash milk
3 oz pineapple juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the Malibu rum, melon liqueur and creme de bananes into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add pineapple juice and a splash of milk. Stir well, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass

Jamaica Sunday, with Jamaican dark rum, honey, lime juice and lemonade.

Ingredients:
2 oz Jamaican dark rum
1 tsp honey
1/2 oz lime juice
2 oz lemonade

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Dissolve honey in rum, and pour into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with broken ice.

Jamaican Bahama Mama, with white rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut cream, spiced rum and grenadine syrup.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz white rum
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz spiced rum
1 splash grenadine syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the white rum, juices and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into a hurricane glass. Float spiced rum and grenadine on top, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Jamaican Blues, with dark rum, Blue Curacao liqueur, coconut cream and pineapple juice.

Ingredients:
1 oz dark rum
1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the dark rum, blue curacao, coconut cream and pineapple juice into a blender with 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish with a pineapple piece, and serve.

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Jamaican Banana, with light rum, creme de cacao, creme de bananes, vanilla ice cream and banana.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz creme de cacao
1/2 oz creme de bananes
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 sliced banana

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend all ingredients (except sliced banana) in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a large brandy snifter and add sliced banana. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, top with a whole strawberry, and serve.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Jamaican Beer, with beer, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, dry gin, whisky, vodka and Blue Curacao liqueur.

Ingredients:
8 parts blonde beer
3 parts dry vermouth
3 parts sweet vermouth
3 parts dry gin
3 parts whisky
1 drop red vodka
1 drop Blue Curacao liqueur

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour vermouths, gin and whisky into a glass. Add the beer, and finish with a drop of both blue curacao and vodka.

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Jamaican Bum, with Malibu® coconut rum, Midori® melon liqueur, banana liqueur, 7-Up® soda and half-and-half.

Ingredients:
1 shot Malibu® coconut rum
1 shot Midori® melon liqueur
1 shot banana liqueur
fill with 7-Up® soda
1 shot half-and-half

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the shots into a glass over ice, fill with 7-up, add cream and stir. Garnish with any fruit or cherry.

Jamaican Cabdriver, with orange juice, coconut rum and cranberry juice.

Ingredients:
4 oz orange juice
4 oz coconut rum
1 – 2 oz cranberry juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Put ice into a glass. Add orange juice and coconut rum. Lastly add cranberry juice to taste and stir well.

3/4 oz dark rum
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
3/4 oz lime juice
1 dash bitters

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
