A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Sue Riding High, with dark rum, dark creme de cacao, hot chocolate and heavy cream.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
2 oz hot chocolate
1 tsp heavy cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the dark rum, dark creme de cacao and hot chocolate (room temperature) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the cream into the center of the drink, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Toreador #2, with tequila, dark creme de cacao, heavy cream and cocoa powder.

Ingredients:
2 oz tequila
1 oz dark creme de cacao
1 oz heavy cream
1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour tequila, dark creme de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cocoa powder dusted over the top, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Trouble for Tina, with anejo rum, dark creme de cacao, white creme de cacao, coffee, heavy cream and cinnamon.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz anejo rum
1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
2 oz brewed coffee
1 oz heavy cream
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine the rum, dark creme de cacao, white creme de cacao, coffee (cooled to room temperature) and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Dust with cinnamon, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Tropicetto, with amaretto almond liqueur, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, heavy cream, orange juice and ice cubes.

Ingredients:
2 parts amaretto almond liqueur
1 shot Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 shot heavy cream
fill with orange juice
ice cubes

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a hurricane glass.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for White Mess, with Bacardi® white rum, creme de cassis, root beer schnapps, Malibu® coconut rum and heavy cream.

Ingredients:
1 part Bacardi® white rum
1 part creme de cassis
1 part root beer schnapps
1 part Malibu® coconut rum
1 part heavy cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a double shot glass. Can also be made tall (add a little soda water to cut down on the cream)
