Gin Swizzle recipe

Gin Swizzle, with lime juice, superfine sugar, gin, bitters and club soda.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
2 oz gin
1 dash bitters
3 oz club soda

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the lime juice, sugar, gin, and bitters. Shake well. Almost fill a collins glass with ice cubes. Stir until the glass is frosted. Strain the mixture in the shaker into the glass and add the club soda.

Serve in a Collins Glass

Gin-Cassis Fizz recipe

Gin-Cassis Fizz, with gin, lemon juice, superfine sugar, club soda and creme de cassis.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz gin
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
4 oz club soda
1/2 oz creme de cassis

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir well. Drop the cassis into the center of the drink.

Serve in a Collins Glass

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Highland Sling, with superfine sugar, water, lemon juice, Scotch whisky and lemon.

Ingredients:
1 tsp superfine sugar
2 tsp water
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 twist lemon peel

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and scotch. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Immaculata, with light rum, amaretto almond liqueur, lime juice, lemon juice and superfine sugar.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Jamaican Fizz, with dark rum, pineapple juice, superfine sugar and club soda.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
4 oz club soda

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the rum, pineapple juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add club soda, stir, and serve.
