A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Tartantula, with Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, benedictine herbal liqueur and lemon.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
1 twist lemon peel

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, vermouth, and Benedictine. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Tartan Swizzle, with lime juice, superfine sugar, Scotch whisky, bitters, crushed ice and club soda.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 dash bitters
crushed ice
3 oz club soda

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine lime juice, sugar, Scotch, and bitters. Shake well. Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice. Stir until glass is frosted. Strain mixture in shaker into the glass and add the club soda.

Serve in a Collins Glass

Ingredients:
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
4 oz grapefruit juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a collins glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, two cherries and a sprig of mint, and serve.
