Ingredients:
2 oz orange juice
2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1 tbsp grenadine syrup
1 tbsp triple sec
2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash Sprite® soda

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine in a glass. Add ice, shake well, and serve with a cherry, a lemon (dipped in sugar), and a straw.

Serve in a Highball Glass

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz tequila
1 splash carbonated water
1/2 tsp sugar
1 dash bitters
1 pineapple stick

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Mix sugar, bitters, and 1 tsp. water in an old-fashioned glass. Add tequila, ice cubes, and carbonated water. Add the stick of pineapple and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Thai Iced Coffee, with coffee, sugar, cream and cardamom.

Ingredients:
strong black ground coffee
1 tsp sugar
cream
cardamom

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Prepare a pot of coffee at a good European strength. In the ground coffee, add 2 or 3 freshly ground cardamom pods. Sweeten while hot, then cool quickly. Serve in highball glass over ice, with cream. To get the layered effect, place a spoon atop the coffee and pour the milk carefully into the spoon so that it floats on the top of the coffee.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for The Big Johnson #2, with Ketel One® vodka, cranberry juice, Southern Comfort® peach liqueur, White Lightning® cider, lime and sugar.

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One® vodka
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
2 oz White Lightning® cider
1 lime
sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Cut a lime into slices and coat in sugar. Pour Ketel One vodka, Southern Comfort and White Lightning into a pitcher filled with ice. Pour cranberry juice into the pitcher last and allow to mingle with the spirits. Do not stir, since this weakens it. Pour through a strainer into a tall glass, and chug. The lime should stay at the bottom of the glass as you chug, forcing you to finish the shot in one gulp before you can retrieve the lime, and you *want* to get the lime before the air hits your tongue.
