A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Ugandan Ginger Tea, with milk, tea, sugar and ginger.

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/2 – 1 tsp loose black tea leaves
1 tbsp sugar
ginger

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Set the milk, tea and sugar to boil. Wash a thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger. Pound until flat, where juice should begin to ooze. Add the ginger to the milk-tea mixture when it begins to boil. Reduce the heat, letting it all simmer for 2-3 minutes.

2 egg yolks
1/4 oz cream
1/2 oz sugar syrup
nutmeg
3/4 oz tawny port
1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
3 1/2 oz milk

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker and strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
