A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Healthy Eggnog, with egg substitute, sugar, evaporated skimmed milk, skimmed milk, vanilla and rum.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg substitute
3 tbsp sugar
1/3 oz evaporated skimmed milk
3/4 oz skimmed milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 oz rum

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Chill overnight. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 4-6.

Hennessy and Vanilla Coke, with Hennessy® cognac and Coca-Cola® Vanilla Coke.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Hennessy® cognac
7 1/2 Coca-Cola® Vanilla Coke

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the Hennessy cognac into a collins or other tall glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes. Add vanilla coke, stir lightly, and serve.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Hot Buttered Rum Batter, with brown sugar, butter, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and vanilla.

Ingredients:
1 lb brown sugar
1/2 lb salted butter
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp vanilla

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend all ingredients in a food processer or mixer and store in the fridge or freezer. To make a drink add a shot of good dark rum along with 1 or 2 tbl spoons of batter to a mug of very hot water. Serve in irish coffee cup.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Hot Chocolate To Die For, with chocolate, butter, vanilla, half-and-half and marshmallows.

Ingredients:
12 oz fine chocolate
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
half-and-half
mini marshmallows

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Melt the chocolate, butter and vanilla in a double boiler. When just smooth stir in the cream. Serve in the smallest coffee mugs you can find to all your friends. Top with freshly whipped cream, made from left over cream, and a mini-marshmellow.

Kab-z Vanilla, with Bacardi® Vanil rum, Pepsi® Vanilla cola, lime juice and lemon juice.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Bacardi® Vanil rum
4 oz Pepsi® Vanilla cola
1 drop lime juice
2 drops lemon juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the Bacardi Vanil rum into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with crushed ice. Add the Pepsi vanilla cola and lime juice. Stir well. Add the lemon juice, and serve.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Kahlua Coffee #2, with water, sugar, coffee, vanilla and bourbon whiskey.

Ingredients:
4 cups water
4 cups sugar
2 oz instant coffee
1 vanilla bean
1 fifth bourbon whiskey

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Simmer water, sugar, and coffee until the sugar dissolves. Put vanilla bean and bourbon in a gallon jug and add the coffee syrup you just prepared. Cover and let sit for a month.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Kahlua Coffee, with water, sugar, coffee and vanilla.

Ingredients:
1 qt water
3 cups sugar
4 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp vanilla

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Let cool and add vanilla and either a pint or fifth of vodka. Drink and enjoy.

Kahlua Coffee #4, with water, sugar, vanilla, coffee and vodka.

Ingredients:
4 cups boiling water
4 cups sugar
1 vanilla bean
2 oz instant coffee
1 fifth vodka

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Mix 3 cups water with 4 cups sugar, bring to boil and boil for 20 minutes. Set aside, add 1 whole vanilla bean split. Let mixture cool. Add 2 oz instant coffee to 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Set aside and cool. When above are cool (important) put into a half gallon container and add the vodka. Let age for at least 3 weeks.

Magnolia Milk Punch, with vanilla, bourbon whiskey, vanilla ice cream and nutmeg.

Ingredients:
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
1 cup vanilla ice cream
nutmeg

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine ice cream, bourbon and vanilla in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.

Mexican Coffee Liqueur recipe

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Mexican Coffee Liqueur, with water, coffee, granulated sugar, vanilla, vodka, brandy, chocolate syrup and food coloring.

Ingredients:
2 cups water
1/4 cup instant coffee
3 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 split vanilla bean
2 3/4 cups vodka
3/4 cup brandy
1/4 tsp chocolate syrup
1 drop food coloring

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
1. Heat water in a medium saucepan. When hot, add coffee and stir until dissolved. Add sugar and vanilla bean, stirring well to combine. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Immediately reduce heat so that a very low boil is maintained for one minute. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm.


2. Pour vodka and brandy into aging container. Add the cooled coffee mixture and the chocolate extract. Stir well. Cap and let age in a cool dark place for 3 weeks.


3. After initial aging, strain liqueur through a cloth-lined wire-mesh strainer over a large bowl. Repeat until desired clairity is reached. Stir in food coloring. Bottle, cap and let age an additional 1-3 months.
