A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Senegali Sunshine, with orange, orange juice, white rum, Curacao orange liqueur, light cream and crushed ice.
Ingredients:
1 orange
2 cups orange juice
6 oz white rum
2 oz Curacao orange liqueur
4 oz light cream
1 cup crushed ice
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Use a thick-skinned california orange, peeling the rind very close to the edge. Avoid the white pulp, and chop the rind finely.
Combine the other ingredients in a blender with the rind, and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with orange slices and fresh strawberries.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass
