Mai Tai #4, with spiced rum, white rum, creme de almond, triple sec, orange juice, pineapple juice and lime juice.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz spiced rum
1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz creme de almond
1/2 oz triple sec
2 1/2 oz orange juice
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash lime juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well and strain into a wine goblet. Garnish with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Make Believe, with DeKuyper® Marasquin cherry liqueur, white rum, framboise raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice.

Ingredients:
1 oz DeKuyper® Marasquin cherry liqueur
1/2 oz white rum
1/4 oz framboise raspberry liqueur
1/4 oz pineapple juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Stir ingredients together in a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint leaf, and serve.

Malcolm Lowry recipe

Malcolm Lowry, with tequila, white rum, triple sec and lemon juice.

Ingredients:
1 oz tequila
1/4 oz white rum
1/4 – 3/4 oz triple sec
3/4 oz lemon juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a chilled (salt-rimmed if desired) cocktail glass.

Malmaison recipe

Malmaison, with white rum, cream sherry, lemon juice and anisette.

Ingredients:
1 oz white rum
1/2 oz cream sherry
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp anisette

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the white rum, cream sherry and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with anisette, and serve.

Mandeville-Polar recipe

Mandeville-Polar, with dark rum, white rum, Pernod® licorice liqueur, lemon juice, grenadine syrup and Coca-Cola®.

Ingredients:
1 oz dark rum
1/2 oz white rum
1 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
100 ml Coca-Cola®

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Funnel the rums, pernod, lemon juice and grenadine into one small cola bottle (185-200ml), roughly half-filled with cola. Briefly invert the bottle to mix the ingredients. Place in the center of a large glass (tankard, stein or british pint), and fill glass with broken ice. Add a straw to the bottle.

Maragato Special recipe

Maragato Special, with white rum, dry vermouth, rosso vermouth, maraschino liqueur, oranges and limes.

Ingredients:
1 oz white rum
3/4 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz rosso vermouth
1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
juice of 1/3 oranges
juice of 1/2 limes

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake and strain into an ice-filled double-cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and lime.

Mariposa, with white rum, brandy, lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine syrup.

Ingredients:
1 oz white rum
1/2 oz brandy
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp orange juice
1 dash grenadine syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the rum, brandy, lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Ingredients:
1 oz white rum
1 oz cherry heering
1 oz apricot brandy
1 oz sake rice wine

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the rum, cherry heering, apricot brandy and sake into an old-fashioned glass 3/4 filled with cracked ice. Stir well, and serve.

Marrakech Express, with white rum, dry vermouth, white creme de cacao, grapefruit juice, mandarin juice, lime juice and caster sugar.

Ingredients:
1 oz white rum
1 oz dry vermouth
1 oz white creme de cacao
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz mandarin juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp caster sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a collins glass.

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Melon Colada, with white rum, Midori® melon liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice and whipping cream.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz white rum
1 1/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1 1/3 oz coconut cream
3 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp whipping cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a pina colada glass with a slice of pineapple, cherry and straws.
