Irish Whip, with vodka, Pernod® licorice liqueur, Bacardi® 151 rum, green creme de menthe, 7-Up® soda and orange juice.

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
1 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 oz green creme de menthe
1 part 7-Up® soda
1 part orange juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Mix vodka, pernod, rum and creme de menthe together with a few ice cubes in a pint glass. Fill with equal parts of 7-up and orange juice, stir, and serve.

Serve in a Beer Mug

Irish Whiskey Cocktail, with Irish whiskey, triple sec, anisette, maraschino liqueur and bitters.

Ingredients:
2 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 tsp triple sec
1/2 tsp anisette
1/4 tsp maraschino liqueur
1 dash bitters

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish the glass with an olive, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Iron Bar Sling, with gin, cherry brandy, Southern Comfort® peach liqueur, orange juice, lime juice, pineapple juice and grenadine syrup.

Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1 oz cherry brandy
1/3 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
2 oz orange juice
1 oz lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz grenadine syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake, strain into an ice-filled highball glass, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Irish Whiskey Highball, with Irish whiskey and ginger ale.

Ingredients:
2 oz Irish whiskey
6 oz ginger ale

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour both ingredients into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Stir well, garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.

Iron Butterfly, with vodka, Kahlua® coffee liqueur and Irish cream.

Ingredients:
1 shot vodka
1 shot Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 shot Irish cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour vodka over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Add kahlua and irish cream, and stir. Garnish with 1 – 3 optional filbert nuts.

Ironlung, with Yukon Jack® Canadian whisky, Bacardi® 151 rum and whipped cream.

Ingredients:
1 oz Yukon Jack® Canadian whisky
3 drops Bacardi® 151 rum
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour yukon jack into a shot glass. Top with a small float of bacardi 151 rum. Add a small topping of whipped cream.

Serve in a Shot Glass

Island Affair, with melon liqueur, Cointreau® orange liqueur, Blue Curacao liqueur, orange juice, mango juice and whipped cream.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz melon liqueur
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 1/2 oz orange juice
2 oz mango juice
1 oz whipped cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake melon liqueur, cointreau and juices and strain into a pina colada glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Add curacao, and float cream on top. Garnish with fruit, and serve with straws.

Ingredients:
2 oz cognac
1 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Stirred, not shaken. Rocks acceptable. Fresh raspberry optional.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Island Delight, with cherry vodka, white rum, dark rum, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and grenadine syrup.

Ingredients:
1 oz cherry vodka
1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz dark rum
3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
1 oz whipped cream
1 tsp grenadine syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend vodka, rums and ice cream briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle grenadine on top, and serve.

1 1/2 oz light rum
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cranberry juice
2 dashes Angostura® bitters

Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve.
