2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz brandy
chilled Champagne
1 slice lemon

Pour brandy and sweet and sour mix into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well. Fill with chilled champagne and stir lightly. Add the slice of lemon and serve.

Ingredients:
1 oz pre-chilled Smirnoff® vodka
1 oz DeKuyper® Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Chill the Smirnoff bottle on ice or in a refrigerator beforehand. Keep Hot Damn! at room temperature.
Pour the Smirnoff vodka into a shot glass, and the Hot Damn! cinnamon schnapps into a seperate shot glass. Shoot the shot of vodka, and chase with the schnapps. Hence the name “Freezer burn”.

1 oz Scotch whisky
2/3 oz Malibu® coconut rum

2 tsp superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz chilled Champagne

1 maraschino cherry

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, sugar, and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour into a collins glass. Top with the champagne. Stir well and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.
