1 oz gin
1 tsp Jamaican dark rum
1 tbsp claret
1 tbsp orange juice

Ingredients:
5 oz claret
1 dash bitters
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Pour into a mug, and serve.

Heat ingredients (with lemon thinly sliced into rings, and a heaped teaspoon of sugar). Strain into a heat-proof goblet when hot.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Toledo Punch, with sugar, soda water, lemon juice, cognac, mint, oranges, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, Champagne, brandy, claret and white rhine wine.
Ingredients:
450 g sugar
1 liter soda water
2 1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 liter cognac
mint sprigs
2 washed, sliced oranges
1/2 diced pineapple
5 – 6 washed, halved strawberries
seedless grapes
225 cl Champagne
50 cl brandy
150 cl claret
150 cl white rhine wine
Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour the soda, lemon juice, cognac, mint and fruits into a large punch bowl. Slowly dissolve in the sugar, to taste. Add the champagne, brandy, claret and wine, and top with 3 liters of water. Add a block of ice. Serve in wine glasses.
