A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Reggae Ambassador, with Absolut® Citron vodka, fruit juice, sugar and strawberries.

Ingredients:
1 part Absolut® Citron vodka
2 parts fruit juice
4 tsp sugar
strawberries

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Fill one-quarter of a blender (half-filled with ice) with vodka. Almost fill completely with pine-orange-banana fruit juice. Add fresh strawberries and sugar, blend, and pour into glasses. Serve with an orange slice.

Rhubarb Syrup recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Rhubarb Syrup, with rhubarbs, water, sugar and rosewater.

Ingredients:
1 lb rhubarbs
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp rosewater

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
1. Remove strings from rhubarb, wash, and cut into 1/2″ pieces. Wrap rhubarb in cheesecloth and tie shut.


2. Bring sugar and water to boil. Put cheesecloth in the syrup and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes or until it thickens. Remove cheesecloth, squeeze it to get the juice out. Pour syrup into a clean, dry bottle and cork tightly.


3. To mix add 1 part syrup to 3 parts water and add 2 ice cubes per person. Serve well chilled.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Ritz Old-Fashioned, with bourbon whiskey, Grand Marnier® orange liqueur, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, egg, sugar, Angostura® bitters and soda water.

Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon whiskey
2/3 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
1 tsp maraschino liqueur
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp egg white
1 tsp sugar
1 dash Angostura® bitters
1 oz soda water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Rim an old-fashioned glass with lemon juice and caster sugar. Place a teaspoon-sized sugar cube into the glass, and saturate with angostura bitters. Fill the glass three-quarters of the way with broken ice, shake other ingredients (except soda) and strain into the glass. Top with a small amount of soda water if desired. Add two cherries on a stick, garnish with half slices of orange and lemon, and serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Roman Punch, with Champagne, dark rum, triple sec, egg, sugar, orange juice and lemon juice.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 liters Champagne
50 cl dark rum
5 cl triple sec
3 beaten egg whites
700 g sugar
60 cl orange juice
20 cl lemon juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine and mix all ingredients except champagne and rum in a punch bowl with ample ice. Add orange slices and the grated zest of one orange. Add champagne and rum prior to serving.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Royale Coffee, with cognac, coffee, whipped cream and sugar.

Ingredients:
1 oz cognac
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Add coffee and cognac to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float whipped cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.

Ingredients:
2 oz dark rum
3 oz club soda
1 tsp sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Dissolve the sugar in club soda in an old-fashioned glass. Fill almost completely with crushed ice, and add the rum. Stir well. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, an orange and a lemon slice. Serve.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Rum Sazerac, with white rum, Pernod® licorice liqueur, Angostura® bitters and sugar.

Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1 – 2 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur
1 – 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
1 tsp sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Soak one sugar cube in angostura bitters – in an old-fashioned glass, and crush with a pestle. Add ice cubes, pour in rum, add a few dashed of pernod and fill with water. Serve.

Rum Shrub recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Rum Shrub, with oranges, water, sugar, orange juice and rum.

Ingredients:
6 oranges
1 pint cold water
2 – 3 lb sugar
1 pint orange juice
2 qt rum

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
1. Pare oranges very thinly and place the rinds into a gallon jar. Add their juice, one pint of cold water, and close the jar. Stand for three days, stirring occasionally.



2. Strain into an enamel dish, add two – three pounds of sugar, and bring to the boil. Add pint of orange juice, and strain again. Add rum, and bottle.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Russian Coffee, with vodka, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, amaretto almond liqueur, coffee, whipped cream and sugar.

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 tsp amaretto almond liqueur
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Add coffee, vodka and kahlua to irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float cream on top, add amaretto, and garnish with a cherry.
