A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Pineapple Cooler, with white wine, pineapple juice, carbonated water and powdered sugar.

Ingredients:
2 oz white wine
2 oz pineapple juice
carbonated water
1/2 tsp powdered sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour white wine, pineapple juice, powdered sugar and two-ounces of carbonated water into a collins glass and stir. Add ice cubes, fill with carbonated water, and stir again. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and an orange spiral over the rim.

Serve in a Collins Glass

Pineapple Cocktail recipe

Pineapple Cocktail, with light rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice, grenadine syrup and club soda.

Ingredients:
1 shot light rum
2 shots pineapple juice
1 shot lemon juice
1/2 shot grenadine syrup
club soda

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour rum, pineapple juice, grenadine and lemon juice into a collins glass. Fill with club soda, or to taste. Serve with ice.

Pineapple Buganda recipe

Pineapple Buganda, with pineapples, brown sugar, light cream, white rum, vanilla extract and crushed ice.

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh pineapples
4 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup light cream
6 oz white rum
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Cut the pineapple into small pieces, enough for two cups. Combine with everything else in a blender until smooth and thick. Serve in whiskey-sour glasses and garnish with mint sprigs and maraschino cherries.

1/4 inch slice ginger
250 g (1/2) skinned, sliced pineapples

Add to a blender and liquify.

Pineapple Fuck-Me-Up, with Bacardi® 151 rum, pineapple juice and triple sec.

Ingredients:
2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1 splash triple sec

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour Bacardi 151 into a cocktail glass. Add pineapple juice, a splash of triple sec, and serve.

Pineapple Drink recipe

Pineapple Drink, with light rum, pineapple, pineapple juice, sweet and sour mix and Sprite® soda.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 shots light rum
7 pineapple chunks
2 oz pineapple juice
4 oz sweet and sour mix
2 oz Sprite® soda

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour rum over pineapple chunks in a tall glass. Add pineapple juice and sweet and sour. Top with sprite, stir, and serve.

Pineapple Daiquiri recipe

Pineapple Daiquiri, with white rum, powdered sugar, lime juice, pineapple syrup and pineapple.

Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 oz lime juice
2 – 3 dashes pineapple syrup
1 slice pineapple

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Prepare in a blender with crushed ice. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Pineapple Lemonade recipe

Pineapple Lemonade, with orange juice, pineapple juice, sugar syrup and soda water.

Ingredients:
5 cl orange juice
15 cl pineapple juice
3 cl sugar syrup
soda water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Mix juice and sugar syrup in a large tumbler with several ice cubes. Stir well and top up with cold soda water. Serve with a drinking straw.

Pineapple Julep recipe

Pineapple Julep, with mint, pineapple, simple syrup and bourbon whiskey.

Ingredients:
4 fresh mint sprigs
3 ripe pineapple wedges
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz bourbon whiskey

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Muddle the leaves from two sprigs of mint, with the pineapple wedges and simply syrup, in a mixing glass. Add bourbon and ice, and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, and stir well until frosted. Garnish with two further mint sprigs, and serve.

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Pineapple Island, with pineapple and coconut ice cream.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp pineapple chunks
2 tbsp coconut ice cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend with half a glassful of crushed ice until smooth. Pour into a collins glass garnished with a slice of pineapple. Serve with straws.
