A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Texas Sunset, with white rum, apricot brandy, Bacardi® 151 rum, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg and grenadine syrup.

Ingredients:
3/4 oz white rum
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
2 oz orange juice
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1 tsp egg white
3/4 oz grenadine syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake all ingredients (except grenadine) briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of broken ice. Pour unstrained into a collins glass, sprinkle grenadine on top, and serve unstirred.

Serve in a Collins Glass

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Irish cream
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
11 oz cream

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Blend with ice until smooth. Serve in a tulip glass, topped with whipped cream.

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for The Dark Side, with amaretto almond liqueur, Bacardi® 151 rum, dark creme de cacao, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, triple sec, vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.

Ingredients:
3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
3/4 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
3/4 oz dark creme de cacao
3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
3/4 oz triple sec
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
chocolate syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Mix all ingredients in mixer, pour into highball glass.


Optional – Frost glass with chocolate syrup before pouring.

Serve in a Highball Glass

1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1/2 oz Crown Royal® Canadian whisky
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.

Ingredients:
3/4 oz triple sec
3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
Bacardi® 151 rum

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Carefully layer the triple sec, amaretto, and rum into a shot glass. Turn off the lights, ignite the rum (use caution) to warm rim of glass, and carefully blow out the flame. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
1 oz Bacardi® light rum
1 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
1 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 oz peach brandy
1 oz creme de cassis
1 oz creme de bananes
1 oz raspberry liqueur
orange juice
pineapple juice
grenadine syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Fill a 20 ounce glass with ice. Add the 7 shots. Finish off with with equal parts orange and pineapple juice. Add grenadine until it turns pink. Top with cherries.
