A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Morning Glory Fizz, with Scotch whisky, lemon juice, caster sugar, egg, Angostura® bitters and soda water.

Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 1/3 oz lemon juice
1 tsp caster sugar
1/4 oz egg white
1 dash Angostura® bitters
4 oz soda water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Add scotch, lemon juice, sugar, egg and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a collins glass half-filled with ice. Add the soda water, and serve with a slice of orange and a muddler.

Serve in a Collins Glass

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Morning Glory Fizz #2, with Scotch whisky, anis liqueur, lemons, powdered sugar, egg and carbonated water.

Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 tsp anis liqueur
juice of 1 lemons
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg white
carbonated water

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass

Mountain Cocktail, with blended whiskey, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, lemon juice and egg.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
1/4 tsp dry vermouth
1/4 tsp sweet vermouth
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 egg white

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Nassau Paul, with white rum, Cointreau® orange liqueur, lemon juice, egg and simple syrup.

Ingredients:
1 oz white rum
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz egg white
1/2 oz simple syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Combine the white rum, Cointreau, lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Neon Tower, with Midori® melon liqueur, Southern Comfort® peach liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg and Pepsi® Slice soda.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1 tsp egg white
3 oz Pepsi® Slice soda

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake and strain into an ice-filled collins glass, and add slice. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve with straws.

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for New Orleans Fizz, with gin, cream, orange flower water, sugar syrup, powdered sugar, egg and lemon juice.

Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1/4 oz cream
1 dash orange flower water
1/4 – 3/4 oz sugar syrup
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 oz lemon juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Shake all ingredients (except soda) well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, fill with soda, and serve.
