Passion Cocktail recipe

Passion Cocktail, with coconut rum, white rum, sweet and sour mix, pineapple juice, Sprite® soda and sugar.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz coconut rum
1 1/2 oz white rum
6 oz cold sweet and sour mix
6 oz cold pineapple juice
1 splash cold Sprite® soda
1 tsp sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Add the coconut rum, white rum and sugar to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass. Fill with equal amounts of sour mix and pineapple juice, pre-chilled. Top with Sprite, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Passion Chi-Chi, with vodka, passion-fruit juice, coconut milk and sugar.

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz passion-fruit juice
1 oz coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Mix all ingredients together in a mixer, and pour into an ice-filled glass. Good for warm days.

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Pawpaw Paradise, with papaya, milk, dark rum, crushed ice, sugar and strawberries.

Ingredients:
1 ripe papaya
1/2 cup milk
1 cup dark rum
1 cup crushed ice
2 tbsp sugar
strawberries

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Using a papaya or mango, cut into small pieces and puree in a blender. Add the milk, rum, ice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with strawberries.

A good and fast bar mixed drink recipe for Peach Punch, with sparkling white wine, peach liqueur, brandy, sugar, strawberries, peaches and cloves.

Ingredients:
25 liters sparkling white wine
2 liters peach liqueur
2 liters brandy
2 kg sugar
strawberries
peaches
1 handful cloves

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Add wine, liqueur, brandy, sugar, cloves and chopped fruit to a large, 40-litre bowl. Mix until the sugar dissolves, and let rest for 12 hours. Serve with added sugar or brandy if desired.

Peppermint Mocha, with sugar, milk, vanilla ice cream, peppermint candies and chocolate syrup.

Ingredients:
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp milk
4 tbsp vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp peppermint candies
2 tbsp chocolate syrup

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass, add straw, and serve.

Phreaker Cocktail recipe

A simple and easy delicious bar drink recipe for Phreaker Cocktail, with Absolut® vodka, triple sec, pineapple juice, lemon juice, water, sugar and egg.

Ingredients:
Absolut® vodka
1 pint triple sec
2 pints pineapple juice
1 pint lemon juice
water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg white

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Fill a fifth of a bottle with equal parts of vodka and water. Add the egg white. Shake well until egg is thoroughly mixed, and pour into a punch bowl with the triple sec, juice, and sugar.

Picadilly Punch recipe

Picadilly Punch, with lemons, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, ruby port and cognac.

Ingredients:
2 lemons
12 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1/4 grated nutmeg
1 cup sugar
2 cups ruby port
750 ml cognac

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Peel lemons and stud with cloves. Simmer lemons in a pan along with the other ingredients. Ignite some cognac and pour into the pan. Extinguish with the rest of the cognac.


Serves about 10.

Pictionary Punch recipe

Pictionary Punch, with sugar, water, grapefruit juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemons, lime juice and ginger ale.

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 cups grapefruit juice
3 cups orange juice
3 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup lemons
1/2 cup lime juice
2 liters chilled ginger ale

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
In a saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; cool. Pour into a large bowl; add juices. Cover and refrigerate. Stir in ginger ale just before serving. (5 servings.)

Pineapple Liqueur recipe

A good and delicious bar mix drink recipe for Pineapple Liqueur, with pineapples, sugar, 151 proof rum, vodka, lemon juice and pineapple juice.

Ingredients:
400 g pineapples
100 g sugar
125 ml 151 proof rum
125 ml vodka
lemon juice
pineapple juice

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
1. Crush pineapple pieces very finely and add, with the sugar, to pineapple juice in a pan. Leave to stand overnight.


2. Drain syrup and strain pineapple pieces through a cheese cloth or in a food processor. Mix juice with rum and vodka, and add lemon juice to taste. Pour into a 0.7 litre bottle and fill with pineapple juice or water. Leave for one week.

Pineapple Punch, with red wine, tea, pineapple juice, rum, lemons, sugar, pineapples and sherry.

Ingredients:
1 bottle red wine
150 ml strong tea
100 ml pineapple juice
80 ml rum
juice of 1 lemons
100 g sugar
200 g pineapples
50 ml sherry

Mixing instructions/directions/method:
Place the pineapple pieces in a punch bowl and pour the sherry over them. Chill for 2 hours. Place tea and sugar in a pot, add red wine, lemon juice and rum. Heat but do not boil the mixture. Pour over the pineapple pieces and sherry.
